ORICSON SDN BHD An extended warranty, sometimes called a service agreement, a service contract, or a maintenance agreement, is a prolonged warranty offered to customers. To provide extended coverage out of the existing IT product where its original warranty coverage is expired from its original manufacturer warranty which cover replacement of parts and components, repair services and labor cost.
